Terms of Service

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Cedar Valley Holdings Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "Henri"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept it short and in plain English.

The deal

Henri is a subscription tool for tradies to track jobs and send invoices. $29/month after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from Settings — no phone calls, no haggling.

Your account

  • You must be 18+ and running a legitimate trade business.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One account per business. Don't share logins across multiple businesses.

Your data is yours

Everything you put into Henri — jobs, customers, invoices, photos — belongs to you. We just store it and make it useful. You can export it whenever you like.

Billing

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • If you subscribe, we bill monthly. Prices include applicable taxes.
  • Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Paddle under their refund policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What you can't do

  • Use Henri to do anything illegal.
  • Try to break, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.
  • Resell Henri as if it were your own product.

Availability

We aim to keep Henri up and running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may do maintenance or release new features that change how things work. If something major changes, we'll let you know.

Liability

Henri is provided as-is. We do our best, but we're not liable for lost business, lost data, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
