Cedar Valley Holdings Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "Henri") is the data controller for the information collected through this service. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain English — no tricks.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, business name, email, phone, ABN.
- Job and customer data you enter: customer names, addresses, job notes, photos, invoices.
- Billing details: handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, errors, device type. Used to fix bugs and improve the app.
How we use it
- To run the app — log you in, save your jobs, send your invoices.
- To bill you for your subscription.
- To email you about your account, important changes, or support.
- To improve Henri. We do not sell your data, ever. We do not run ads on it.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and auth), Paddle (payments — acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax, and refunds), and email delivery. They only process what's needed to do their job. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Your data, your control
- You can export your jobs, customers, and invoices at any time.
- You can delete your account from Settings. We delete your data within 30 days.
- You can ask us what we hold on you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@hellohenri.app.
Security
Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry standard practices to keep your account safe. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong, we'll tell you.
Cookies
We use cookies for the basics: keeping you logged in, and remembering your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
