Is Henri for me?
If you're a solo tradie or small crew running your own work in Australia, yes. If you've got 5+ staff or run complex commercial contracts, Henri's probably too simple for you.
How is Henri different from other tradie apps?
Most tradie apps are built for established businesses with multiple staff. They cost $35-75 per user per month and have features you don't need yet. Henri is $29.99 flat for everything — built for solo tradies and small crews.
How much does Henri cost?
$29.99 AUD per month, flat. Every feature is included. No per-user fees, no add-ons. 14-day free trial, cancel anytime.
Will my invoices look professional?
Yes. Plain, proper PDFs with your ABN, GST and bank details. The kind any bookkeeper accepts. Boring is the goal.
Can I take card payments?
Yes. Customers can pay invoices online by card via a secure link in their invoice email. Funds settle to your bank account.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Anytime. It's your data. Customers, jobs, invoices, photos — all of it, in CSVs and PDFs.
Will Henri grow with me?
To a point. Henri is built for solo tradies and small crews. When you hit 5+ staff or need full accounting integration, you'll outgrow us — and that's a good problem to have.
What about Xero or MYOB integration?
Not in v1. Most tradies just starting out don't have accountants pushing for it yet. We'll add it when paying customers ask. Until then, export CSVs.
Does Henri work on my phone?
Yes. Henri is mobile-first. It works on iPhone, Android and any browser — install it like an app to your home screen, no app store required.
